Frontline WHS is a workplace health & safety platform for frontline and industrial workers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

• Account info: name, email address, profile photo (via Clerk authentication)
• Location data: GPS coordinates when signing on/off worksites and submitting safety reports
• Camera & photos: images captured for incident reports, audits, form attachments, and QR code scanning
• Microphone & voice: audio used for voice-to-text form filling (processed, not stored as raw audio)
• Device info: device type, OS version, push notification tokens
• Usage data: screens visited, features used, timestamps

• To provide and improve the Frontline WHS service
• To verify worksite attendance and location-based safety workflows
• To send push notifications (shift reminders, safety alerts, action items)
• To generate safety analytics and compliance reports for your employer

• Clerk (authentication)
• Supabase (database hosting)
• Expo / EAS (app delivery)
• Sentry (error monitoring — no personal data sent)
• Google Maps (location services)

Note: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Your data is shared with your employer or organisation as part of the WHS platform (for example, safety reports, audit completions, sign-on records).
• We share data with third-party service providers only as needed to operate the platform (listed above).
• We may disclose data if required by law.

• Data is retained for as long as your account is active or as required by your employer's compliance obligations.
• You can request account deletion by contacting us — we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or your employer's WHS obligations.

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for optional data collection (for example, location, notifications) via device settings.
• Request a copy of your data.

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• We use role-based access controls and row-level security.
• Regular security reviews of infrastructure and dependencies.

Frontline WHS is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
